Sep 01, Kathmandu- 52-year-old Jagat Bir Desar, a resident of Godawari Municipality-14, Lalitpur, was gambling at Ashish Jharna View Hotel, and 8 people, including the hotel manager Jagat Bir, were arrested by the police on Saturday night.
Police stationed from Badegaon police station arrested them along with 226,623 rupees in cash and 1 deck of cards.
The police said that they are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
