Sep 07, Kathmandu- Life insurance company Nepal Life Insurance Company has conducted motivational training in all seven provinces to explain the importance of life insurance.

The company has conducted motivational training and Nepal Life Star Honor program in Itahari of Koshi province, Lalgarh of Madhesh province, Kathmandu and Narayanghat of Bagmati province, Pokhara of Gandaki province, Butwal of Lumbini province, Surkhet of Karnali province and Dhangadhi of Sudurpaschim province.

Amit Sharma, an international trainer from Delhi, India, gave motivational training. The program was attended by more than five thousand agencies and agency managers.

The event was attended by National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, Head of Agency and Policy Servicing Sunita Pokharel, Heads of Provinces, Heads of Branches and Sub-Branches, General Secretary of Professional Insurance Agent Federation Om KC, and President of the Professional Insurance Agent Association Nepal Insurance Association Nepal Life Ganesh Adhikari.

Sharma also attended the motivational training program organized under the company's monthly agent incentive scheme earlier. He highlighted the essential skills required for life insurance marketing at that time.

In the program, 314 agencies and agency managers who qualified for Nepal Life Star were honoured for achieving the target set by the company.

Along with this, the company honored the first, second and third place agencies and agency managers in each province with certificates.
