Chief Minister Pandey Requests To Make Public Services Technology Friendly

Sep 07, Kathmandu- Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Surendraraj Pandey has said that the employees should adopt technology in public service delivery.

In the program organized today by the Civil Service Day 2081 by the Civil Service Day Main Celebration Committee of Gandaki Province, he expressed his belief that the latest technology will help to make the delivery of public services timely and agile. Emphasizing on the need to be positive in every public service work that people take, he said that if it is not done, it should be made clear as to why it will not be done.

He said, "Government includes all the employees and political leadership from those working at the lower level to those in high-ranking positions." It is not just between these two blaming each other. Stating that due to the non-promulgation of the Federal Civil Service Act, some of the desired tasks could not be done, he said that the province is ready to solve all kinds of problems that can be done.

Chief Secretary of Gandaki Province Laxmikumari Basnet said that good governance, prosperity and development are the need of the day. He emphasized on the need to increase people's access to public services.

Chief District Officer of Kaski, Bharatmani Pandey, said that the civil administration of Nepal is progressing by assimilating every change in the state. He pointed out the need to work in a way that wins the hearts of the people, saying that the civil administration has been seen in a negative way lately.
