If Deuba is angry, two-thirds of the government will fall: Rabi Lamichhane

Sep 19, Kathmandu- Rastriya Swatantra Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has claimed that two-thirds of the government will collapse if Congress Chairman Sher Bahadur Deuba is angry.

Lamichhane made this claim while speaking at the 'Constitution Brainstorming' program organized by the RSP at Lohotse Hall of Parliament House on the occasion of Constitution Day. He commented that the government of two-thirds is the most unstable and said that the priorities of the government are not yet clear. He said that the people's priorities and the government's priorities do not match, and people are disappointed.

He opined that political parties are the basis of reform and change is possible only if they send qualified representatives. Lamichhane mentioned that the electoral system is expensive and it results in few honest representatives in Parliament. He also expressed suspicion that there is an attempt to extend the life of power under the pretext of amending the Constitution.
