Civilians Killed In Israeli Attack On Gaza

Sep 20, Kathmandu- A number of Palestinians have been killed and some injured in air strikes by Israel on Thursday night in various places in Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes attacked a house in Al-Daraj city in central Gaza, killing seven Palestinians and injuring many others, including women and children, according to local sources.

Fighter jets also attacked a house in Beit Lahiyama in northern Gaza Strip, while rescue workers are searching for injured and missing people under the rubble.

It has been mentioned that a house of Nuserat camp was also targeted by Akramaya, causing some casualties.

Earlier, an Israeli attack targeted a house in Jablia, northern Gaza, killing seven Palestinians and injuring several others.

Two more Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack in Al-Qarara town of Khan Yunis and two people were killed in an attack targeting a vehicle near Al-Maghazi Camp in the central Gaza Strip.

According to sources from the Ministry of Health, more than 45 Palestinians were killed in the Israeli bombardment of displaced people's houses, vehicles and tents from Thursday morning to night.

It is reported that 41 thousand 272 people, mostly women and children, have been killed and 95 thousand 551 others have been injured due to the attack carried out by Israel in Gaza in retaliation for Hamas's attack on southern Israel last October.

Likewise, thousands of victims are missing, buried under the rubble or scattered on the streets. The Palestinian rescue team said that they had to face difficulties in rescue operations due to the Israeli attack.
