Business Intelligence System Into Operation

Sep 20, Kathmandu- Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce & Industries officially launched the Business Intelligence System (BIS) on Tuesday.

According to the federation, it will be used in the database of federation members, study research and office management.

In this system, the information of all the members will be kept so that even the members of the federation can use it.

About 600,000 businessmen are directly and indirectly affiliated with the federation. The details of those members are going to be in this system.

Likewise, surveys can be conducted through this system to prepare policy suggestions or study according to other needs.

As a knowledge platform, studies and other data and publications conducted by the Federation will be kept in this system. which will be accessible to the general public.

While inaugurating this system, Federation President Chandra Prasad Dhakal said that it will facilitate the study and research and policy advocacy of the Federation.

The BIS portal has been prepared by Asia Foundation Nepal Technical Support and Smart Solutions Technology Pvt Ltd for the federation.
