Sep 21, Kathmandu- NEPALPAY Instant fund transfer based on mobile number has been made free of charge to target the great festival of Nepalese people and to promote digital transactions.

Now NEPALPAY Instant facility is available for mobile banking customers of bank financial institutions and ConnectIPS users will be able to transfer funds to 26 bank financial institutions free of charge through NEPALPAY Instant till Ashwin 30th.

NEPALPAY Instant is a proxy based direct credit tool in which funds can be transferred on the basis of the beneficiary's Virtual Private Address (VPA) which is the beneficiary's mobile number.

Currently NEPALPAY Instant feature is available on connectIPS and mobile banking apps of Krishi Bikas Bank, Sanima Bank, Global IME Bank, Nepal SBI Bank, Garima Bikas Bank and Sagrinla Bikas Bank. For more information, you will have to contact your bank or you can go to www.nchl.com.np.
