Airline Companies Deny Selling Tickets At Higher Fares Set By The Government

Sep 29, Kathmandu- Airline companies have decided not to sell tickets at the higher rates set for airfares until next Wednesday.

According to Manoj Karki, President of the Airlines Operators Association, it has been decided not to sell tickets at the higher fares set by the government from tomorrow to Wednesday. The government has set an upper limit for domestic air tickets. Airline companies sell tickets at the higher point of the same rate when there is a shortage of tickets.

Today, the airline was criticized after putting all the tickets on sale at higher rates. Airline companies have also drawn attention to the matter by saying that if the government gives a discount on air fuel, they can provide flight services to passengers at a lower price.
