Long-distance Vehicles Will Be Operated From Today

Sep 30, Kathmandu- Physical Infrastructure and Transport Minister Devendra Dahal has said that long-distance vehicles will be operational from this evening.

According to him, the main priority of the government is to repair the damaged roads and operate the transport. He said, "All the blocked roads will be operational before Chandwad, and traffic will be operated in the areas where the road repairs have been completed from today, taking into account the water conditions".

According to Minister Dahal, public buses will operate for all other districts except Sindhuli, Sindhupalchok, Dolakha, Ramechhap, and Kavre.

Long-distance vehicles from Kathmandu have not been missed due to the disruption caused by the continuous rain and landslides on the highway since Friday evening. Minister Dahal said that starting today, passenger vehicles going to various districts will be removed via Tribhuvan Rajpath, Prithviraj Marg, Narayangadh-Muglin and East West Highway.
