Oct 05, Kathmandu- Nepal has been defeated in Asia Rugby Emirates-2024 'Challenge Third'.

Nepal lost to Afghanistan with a score of 22-5 in the match at Dasharath Stadium in Tripureshwar on Saturday.

At one time the score of Nepal and Afghanistan was 5-5. However, Nepal could not perform strongly in the second half.

Afghanistan were consistently handed points, performing relatively poorly. While Nepal stopped at the same 5 scores, Afghanistan added 17 more scores. Along with this, Nepal was defeated by a score of 22-5.

Earlier, Nepal was defeated by Qatar 33-0 in the 'Challenge'.
