Doctor From Nepal Police Has Gone Missing

Oct 06, Kathmandu- A doctor of Nepal Police has been uncontactable. Dr. Shivanis Singh, who was working in the OPD of the Department of Skin Diseases of the Police Hospital, Maharajgunj, has been stationed at the Radiology Branch of the Police Hospital and has been absent from the office since May.

Singh, who had taken emergency leave for four days, had taken home leave for the last 14 days. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, after taking home leave for two consecutive months and paying the leave, he has not appeared yet.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has again issued a notice to appear with an explanation after she did not come in contact with the notice issued. The notice states that if he does not attend this time, she will be removed from service as he will be ineligible for government service in the future according to the police rules.
