JSP Nepal Membership Of International Organization Progressive Alliance

Oct 07, Kathmandu- Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal has got the membership of the international organization Progressive Alliance. The world conference held on Monday in Santiago, Chile in South America has decided to grant membership of the organization to JSP Nepal.

With this decision of the joint international organization of socialist, social democratic, labor and progressive parties, JSP became a new member party of Nepal Progressive Alliance. It was decided unanimously to grant membership to JSP Nepal in the voting for new membership at the conference, which has 190 members of political parties in the world.

About 200 representatives of Progressive Alliance political parties from all continents participated in the international convention, JSP Nepal President Upendra Yadav and Foreign Affairs Department Head Arjun Thapa represented the party.

For the era of progressive and international solidarity, the conference was concluded with concepts like freedom, social justice, human rights assurance, gender discrimination, socio-economic and caste discrimination, ending inequality and oppression and environmental protection.
