Oct 09, Kathmandu- Balen Shah, head of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has commented that the country is run by a committee rather than the police and the government.
Kathmandu Metropolitan City has removed the board of Gaushala Dharamshala Marwadi Sewa Samiti of Pashupati area and replaced it with its own board. During the installation of the said board, there was a scuffle between the members of the Marwadi Sewa Samiti and the Metropolitan Police.
