Oct 09, Kathmandu- Krishna Bahadur Gharti, the provincial chief of Lumbini Province, has sent back two separate bills essages to the provincial assembly.

The bill to amend the State Civil Service Act 2080 and the bill to manage the formation, operation and conditions of service of the local civil service have been sent back saying that it seems that they need to be reconsidered.

Ved Prasad Kharel, secretary of the provincial chief's office, informed through a statement that both the bills have been sent back. The employees of the seventh level of health services were protesting saying that the bill was unfair to them.
