Oct 11, Kathmandu- Another landslide has occurred in Roshi rural municipality-11 Piple of Kavrepalanchok under BP highway. The alternative route has also been blocked due to the dry landslip falling from the road.

After the flood of Roshi Khola washed away various sections of the highway, the road department and Roshi Rural Municipality were active on Thursday night after the 'track' was connected to the road, vehicles were operated.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Man Bahadur Ghale of the District Police Office, a bus and a Tata Sumo coming from Sindhuli and Khotang towards Kathmandu were buried in the landslide. However, there was no human loss. Efforts to operate the blocked road are continuing.

Chandra Bahadur Lama, an employee of the road division office, said that there is no possibility of opening the road immediately as the landslide has not stopped even now.
