Fifth Test Of The Most Powerful Rocket Starship Has Been Successful

Oct 13, Kathmandu- The fifth test of the world's most powerful rocket starship has been successful. In this test, a super heavy booster sent 96 kilometers above Earth was brought back to the launch pad, which was held by mechazilla. Mechazilla has two metal arms that look like chopsticks.

The starship re-entered Earth's atmosphere and made a controlled landing in the Indian Ocean. When the starship entered Earth's atmosphere, its speed was 26,000 kilometers per hour and the temperature reached 1,430 degrees Celsius.

Starship was launched Sunday evening from Boca Chica, Texas. Starship spacecraft and super heavy rockets are collectively called 'starships'. The Starship has 6 Raptor engines while the Super Heavy has 33 Raptor engines.

The fourth test of the Starship took place on June 6, 2024, which was successful. This 1.05 hour mission was launched from Boca Chica. In it, a starship is taken into space and then brought back to Earth and landed in water.

The main goal of the test was to see if the starship could survive entry into Earth's atmosphere.
