In Singha Durbar, the employees who are in Kathmandu Valley and have returned from the village can be seen arriving at the work site in the middle of Dashain. Although the employees who went to celebrate Dashain outside the Kathmandu Valley also come from their birth place to work place after celebrating Dashain.

The presence of federal ministry employees can be seen inside the Singha Durbar. In a conversation with News Agency Nepal, Joint Secretary and Spokesman of the Federal Parliament Secretariat Ekram Giri said that the government offices have opened from today and the employees in Kathmandu Valley have come to the office.

He said, "It's a ten-year situation. Government offices are open today. Most of the employees are also present in the Secretariat. Some employees are laid off. Employees who have gone out of the valley are returning. All the staff members are present. It is not that there will be no work in the secretariat when there is no session. Board meetings are also important. There is also a situation where a meeting of the thematic committee can be held between Dashain and Tihar. Committee meetings are held in the presence of members. There are annual programs of the Secretariat, and the annual programs are done in this free time. Annual programs are carried out".

Joint Secretary Giri informed that parliamentary committee meetings will be held in the middle of Dashain-Tihar if the quorum is reached.
