Murder Of Chandra Bahadur Discovered While Searching For A Bicycle

Oct 15, Kathmandu- After four days, the police arrested a man on the charge of killing 40-year-old Chandra Bahadur Kami of Banke.

Chandra Bahadur Kami of Kohalpur Municipality-8 Pipira was murdered on Saturday (Ashwin 26) night. District Police Office Banke has arrested 24-year-old Anil Pariyar of Rolpa on the charge of murdering him.

According to SP Tul Bahadur Karki, Chief of District Police Office Banke, Anil was arrested by the police from Bhauwa Naka area of ​​Rapti-Sonari Rural Municipality-1 Tinghari Tole on Tuesday morning.

Anil was found hiding in the toilet of a resident's house. A joint team led by Police Inspector Rajkumar Bhatta of District Police Office Kohalpur and Sub-Inspector of Police Mohanlal Oli from District Police Office Kusum was deployed to search for him.

After the assassination of Chandra Bahadur, Anil was planning to enter India through the jungle.

Chandra Bahadur's body was found on the unpaved road in Kohalpur-8 Bangla Chowk around 1 am on Ashwin 27th. However, his head was not found.

After the body was found, Chandra Bahadur's head was found during the investigation on Monday.

The head was found in the septic tank of accused Anil's sister's house in Kohalpur-8 Pipiri, about 500 meters from the incident site. The weapon used in the incident was also found from the tank.
