There is no sign of the land given to UML in connection with the case of Gurung: Shankar Pokharel

Oct 17, Kathmandu- CPN-UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel has argued that it is not a matter of surprise that UML takes land support from businessmen.

Addressing the workers in Kohalpur, Banke, General Secretary Pokharel said that UML gladly accepted after asking businessman Min Bahadur Gurung for 10 ropani 14 annas land. Claiming that no invisible agreement was made with Minhadur Gurung while taking land assistance, he said that there is no sign of the Kirtipur land taken by UML in connection with the Lalita Niwas case involving Gurung.

Pokharel says that elements who want to weaken the UML have unnecessarily spread false propaganda about the issue of land support.
