Screening Of Nepali Films Started In Saudi Arabia And Maldives

Oct 17, Kathmandu- The Nepali film industry is set to debut in Saudi Arabia and the Maldives, commencing with the screening of the film 'Chhakka Panja 5'.

"Chhakka Panja 5" premiered in ten theaters across Saudi Arabia starting Thursday. The film is now showing at Movie Cinemas in Jubail, Vox Cinemas in Dammam, Movie Cinemas in Riyadh, AMC Cinemas Riyadh Gallery 9, and Movie Cinemas in Salaam Mall.

The film has also been screened in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The film has been screened in 10 theaters in Qatar.

Similarly, Nepali film screening has started for the first time in 2 halls of Maldives with 'Chhakka Panja 5'. In these two areas, Ramesh Dhakal of NEP Films has brought the film to the screening. He said that the film will be screened in Malaysia soon.

Director Deepa Shree Niraula informed that 'Chhakka Panja 5' is currently showing in America, Japan, Australia and other countries.
