Oct 18, Kathmandu- The Patan High Court has issued a short-term interim order not to remove Marwadi Sewa Samiti from Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala for the time being.

A single bench of High Judge Dal Kumar Khadka on Friday issued a short-term interim order not to remove the committee from Pashupati Gaushala Dharamshala for the time being.

The committee had filed a writ in the higher court against 11 bodies including the Pashupati Area Development Trust and the Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

The committee has claimed in the writ petition that they were trying to evict them from Dharamshala illegally. The High Court has also called both parties for a discussion to discuss whether to issue an interim order or not.
