Oct 18, Kathmandu- Rabi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has said that the government is dead.
He said this writing a status on social media today after the arrest warrant was issued against him. He said that the person wearing the watch worth crores given by the smuggler, who was pointing at Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, was trying to handcuff him.
