Financial Assistance Of Fifty Million Rupees To Flood Victims

Oct 22, Kathmandu- The government has provided financial assistance to the next of kin of the families who lost their lives in the recent floods and landslides.

The government has provided a death grant of Rs.200 thousand.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, five crores have been provided as relief to the families of the deceased in 23 districts

Two hundred and thirty-eight people lost their lives in the flood.

177 people were injured and the condition of 18 people is still unknown.

The process of providing financial assistance to the victim's family continues.
