Oct 28, Kathmandu- 40 percent passed the 37th nursing registration (license) examination conducted by the Nepal Nursing Council on Saturday.
If we look at the separate results of PCL and BSc Nursing, it is found that 40 percent have passed. According to the registrar of the council, Shukla Khanal, 983 people filled the form for PCL Nursing to participate in the exam, but 28 people were absent during the exam. She said that 331 (34.69 percent) of 955 people participated in the PCL Nursing examination.
Similarly, for B.Sc, a total of 298 people filled the form for the examination, but 4 people were absent. Out of a total of 294 candidates for B.Sc, 169 candidates (57.48 percent) have passed. The total number of PCL and BSc students participating in the exam was 1,249 and the number of passers was 500 (40 percent). The council said that the certificate will be provided to those who passed the examination from 25th November. It has been mentioned that one can apply for the certificate by paying Rs 1,200 through the online (pocket) app before that. It has also been mentioned that there is a 35-day period for those who go for re-rejuvenation.
