Nov 02, Kathmandu- Nepal lost to Sri Lanka in the quarter finals of the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes. Nepal lost to Sri Lanka by 40 runs in the quarter final match on Saturday.

Chasing the target of 124 runs given by Sri Lanka, Nepal scored 83 runs losing 6 wickets in 5 overs. Rashid Khan scored 55 runs for Nepal.

Earlier, Sri Lanka batted first and scored 123 runs after losing 2 wickets in 6 overs. With this win, Sri Lanka has reached the semi-finals.

Similarly, Nepal is now going to play another game in the plate semi-final. In the plate semi-final match, Nepal will play one of Bangladesh and UAE on Sunday.
