Nov 03, Kathmandu- Chairman of Nepali Congress and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has received 'Bhai Tika' from his sister Sushila Khadka.
According to his personal secretariat, Speaker Deuba installed the tika at his residence in Budhanilkanth. The Nepal Panchang Jury Committee had determined the best time for Bhai Tika this year at 11:37 am today. On the last day of Yamapanchak, it is a tradition that sisters give tika to their brothers and brothers to their sisters.
