Nov 04, Kathmandu- Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) MP Dr. Toshima Karki has complained that the deadline is being extended without taking sufficient statements from Ravi.

She did not even claim that she had released news and information on social media on Facebook on Sunday, fearing that people would take revenge on her.

She has written, "They will continue to keep him in detention, do not investigate, do not take sufficient statements and keep extending the term. On the other hand, they try to destroy the public participation by spreading misleading news and information that they have been released, fearing that the people will take revenge. Or! We are witnessing the dirty politics. Do not mislead that the person in custody has been released. The process of investigation and justice should be conducted in a fair manner. The guilty should not escape, the innocent should not be caught".

Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has been in Kaski police custody since November 3. Ravi, who was arrested in the case of misappropriation of cooperative savings, has been extended for the second time. Now he is being taken to court on Tuesday for the third term.
