Nov 11, Kathmandu- Indian Airlines Company 'Vistara' is starting its flight on Monday. This company was providing its services in the Indian aviation sector for the last 9 years.
Vistara was a joint venture between Singapore Airlines and Tata Sons. But now it is being merged with Air India, an airline company owned by Tata Group.
After this merger, Vistara Airlines will be operated by Air India. This merger includes everything from its helpdesk to its ticket office.
For the last few months, the service of customers under Vistara booking and regular program was being shifted to Air India.
The spokesperson of Air India has given his response on this. Food, service and all other facilities are being upgraded in Air India as part of the merger process. In this, the identity of both Vistara and Air India is being reconciled.
Amid concerns about the impact of this merger on the services provided to passengers, Tata has expressed confidence that the flight facilities provided by Vistara will remain the same in Air India.
