Nov 16, Kathmandu- The code of conduct is coming into effect from tomorrow for the upcoming by-elections.

According to the Election Commission, the election code of conduct will be applicable to the persons, agencies and officials in the respective districts where by-elections are held. The code of conduct will remain in place until the by-elections are completed.

By-elections are being held on Mangisr 16 for 42 vacant posts at the local level. There is a schedule of the commission to register the nomination papers of the candidates tomorrow.
