Nov 18, Kathmandu- Chief Secretary Baikuntha Aryal has resigned.
He resigned from the National Planning Commission only on Sunday. The upcoming Cabinet meeting will decide on his resignation.
On Ashadha 9, the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority filed a case against Dr. Aryal on charges of corruption in the printing of excise duty stickers. His suspension was lifted after the special court acquitted him.
