Nov 18, Kathmandu- India successfully test-fired a long-range hypersonic missile from Odisha's Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Island on November 16.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has also congratulated India for this achievement through X-Post.

While congratulating the Indian Armed Forces and DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation), Defense Minister Rajnath Singh wrote, “India has awarded Odisha's Dr. APJ has achieved a great achievement by successfully test-firing a long-range hypersonic missile from Abdul Kalam Island.”

The Defense Minister wrote, "This is a historic moment and this important achievement has included our country in the group of countries with such important and advanced military technology capabilities. I congratulate Team DRDO and Armed Forces for this wonderful achievement.”
