India, Nepal Agree To Better Coordinate Border Security

Nov 18, Kathmandu- The Eighth Annual India-Nepal Border Security Coordination meeting at the level of Directors General of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and the Armed Police Force of Nepal took place on 16 November 2024.

 

The two sides discussed several issues pertaining to better coordination on border security.

DG Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) also called on Minister for Home Affairs, Government of Nepal, Mr. Ramesh Lekhak.

The two sides stressed the need to take the ongoing coordination between the two agencies down to lower levels to curb cross-border crimes and illegal activities, Home Ministry sources said.
