Nov 19, Kathmandu- In Rukum West, the police have arrested a wife on the charge of murdering her husband.

Police said that 32-year-old Deepa Kumal of Chaurajahari Municipality-2 Bijayashwari was arrested last night on the charge of killing 40-year-old Madhu Kumal.

As soon as the news was received that Madhu died on the spot when Deepa struck a piece of wood during a general dispute, the police stationed at the area police office, Chaurjahari, arrested him.

Police said further investigation is underway.
