JSP's Writ Against The Division Of Nepal 'Unseen'

Nov 21, Kathmandu- Upendra Yadav-led Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP), in a writ petition filed against the division, has been declared 'Unseen' despite the appointment to present for Thursday's hearing.

In the full bench of the Supreme Court, the said writ, which has been fixed, has become 'unheard of'. The full bench comprising Justices Hari Prasad Phuyal, Tek Prasad Dhungana and Sunil Kumar Pokharel decided to pay.

The writ filed by the president of JSP Nepal, Upendra Yadav, was sent to the full bench by the joint bench of the Supreme Court on Bhadra 13. Although the fee was fixed twice in the full bench, both times it was 'Unseen'.
