Nov 23, Kathmandu- The Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplav' is organizing a public meeting today.
The CPN is planning to organize a public meeting along with a rally on the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the party's reorganization.
It is said that the rally led by the party's general secretary Biplav will start from Sundhara at 12 noon and will pass through Ratna Park, Bagbazar and reach Bhrikutimandap before turning into a meeting.
