Nov 24, Kathmandu- Medical practitioner Durga Prasai's son Nirajan has filed a writ petition seeking custodial interrogation against his arrest. His writ was heard by Supreme Court Justice Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma on Sunday.

The police arrested Prime Minister and CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli after he made public 'fake' documents claiming to have invested in a Cambodian telecom company. Following his arrest, an investigation into his suspicious financial transactions and other charges is ongoing.
