Nov 24, Kathmandu- Medical practitioner Durga Prasai's son Nirajan has filed a writ petition seeking custodial interrogation against her arrest. His writ on Sunday Supreme Court Judge Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma has fallen into the bench.

CPN (UML) chairman KP Sharma Oli, who is also the prime minister, was arrested by the police after he published a 'fake' document saying that he had invested in a Cambodian telecom company. Following his arrest, investigations into his suspicious financial transactions and other charges are ongoing.
