Nov 24, Kathmandu- President Ram Chandra Paudel has approved the mobilization of the army in the local level by-elections to be held on 16 Mangs.
Spokesperson of the President's Office, Joint Secretary Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, has informed through a press release that President Poudel has approved the mobilization of the army in accordance with Clause 2 of Article 66 of the Constitution.
