Nov 26, Kathmandu- A 20-day free civil service preparation class has been launched in Syangja from Tuesday with the aim of increasing women's participation in the civil service.
In the project of Social Development Office Syangja, targeting women (Khasarya, tribals, Dalits, disabled) and 40 people participated in the classes similar to the level of buyers.
Formally inaugurating the preparatory class, Syangja Chief District Officer Sunita Nepal suggested making good use of the class to develop study habits.
Pradya Nepal also provided information about government jobs, i.e. civil service. During the program, Taxpayer Service Office Chief Ganga Basyal, Branch Officer Sanyog Bhattarai, Social Development Office Chief Jeevan Poudel, Deputy Subba Dorna Prasad Paneru and others urged the students to take maximum benefit from the free classes, stating that civil service is the first choice for studious youth.
There will be 60 sessions in the preparatory class. The classes will be conducted by experienced instructors from the commission based in the district and center, teaching for 4.5 hours daily, informed Jeevan Poudel, Head of the Social Development Office.
