Court Permits To Keep Durga Prasai In Custody For 5 More Days

Nov 29, Kathmandu- The court has granted permission to keep Durga Prasai, a medical professional and coordinator of the Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizen Protection Campaign, in custody for an additional five days.

CIB spokesperson Hobindra Bogati informed that the Kathmandu District Court has given the police more time to investigate the man who was arrested on charges of making 'fake documents' public.

Prasai was arrested from his residence in Bhaktapur on Mangsir 20. He had released a video with documents claiming that Prime Minister KP Oli had investments in Cambodia.
