Nepal Stopped In Blind World Cup

Dec 01, Kathmandu- Nepal has been defeated in the semi-finals of the Blind T-20 Cricket World Cup being held in Pakistan. Nepal, which had made it to the semi-finals for the first time, lost to Pakistan by 10 wickets today.

Pakistan achieved the target of 95 runs in 5.3 overs without losing any wickets. Kamran scored 63 runs and Babar scored 32 not out for Pakistan.

Nepal, who batted first, scored 94 runs after playing a full over and losing 7 wickets.

Durga Dutta scored 40 runs for Nepal while Ramesh remained unbeaten on 17 runs. Matiullah took 3 wickets for Pakistan.

Nepal had secured a place in the semi-finals despite winning 2 and losing 3 matches in the league stage.
