Karnali, who won the toss and elected to bat at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, posted a total of 142 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
Captain Sompal Kami and Arjun Gharti scored 43 runs in the last two overs to set a target of 142 runs.
