In today's second match, Janakpur defeated Karnali Yaks by 8 wickets. Chasing a target of 142 runs, Janakpur achieved it in 15.1 overs, losing 2 wickets. Earlier, Karnali, who won the toss and elected to bat first, scored 141 runs in the stipulated 20 overs, losing 7 wickets. Janakpur is at the top with 4 points after winning two consecutive matches. Janakpur had won the first match by 8 wickets against Biratnagar Kings.

In today's first match, Chitwan Rhinos defeated Kathmandu Gurkhas by 5 wickets. 8 teams are participating in the NPL, which will run until Paush 6. After the round-robin league, the top 4 teams will enter the playoffs. The first match of the NPL will be played on Tuesday between Sudurpaschim Royals and Biratnagar Kings, and the second match will be played between Pokhara Avengers and Chitwan Rhinos.
