Dec 03, Kathmandu- This year's much-awaited film 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is gearing up for release this week. Allu Arjun and the entire star cast are continuously promoting the film and are taking every possible step to increase the buzz among the fans. The buzz is so high that it is about to break all the box office records.
The craze for 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is such that even though the tickets are expensive, there is a strong advance booking. As of 3 pm on Tuesday, more than 1.3 million tickets have been booked for the film. 41 crore rupees have been earned so far from advance bookings. And with block seats, it is Rs 55 crore. These figures are as of 4 pm on December 3.
According to the Sachinilk report, the highest advance bookings have been made in Telangana. Here, the film has earned 12.22 crores (17.47 crores) in advance bookings. Karnataka is in second place where 5.25 crores (7.13 crores) have been booked.
This film has also set a record for selling the most expensive tickets in Telugu. In Delhi, ‘Pushpa 2’ tickets are being sold for up to 1800 rupees, while in Mumbai and Bengaluru, the most expensive tickets are being sold for 1600 and 1000 rupees.
The producers have taken permission from the Andhra Pradesh government to increase the ticket price. The Andhra Pradesh government has also allowed the producers to show 6 shows of ‘Pushpa 2’ in single screens and multiplexes. Their prices have also been fixed.
Apart from this, the producers will be able to show 5 shows at the same ticket price for 12 days from December 6 to 17. After this decision, Allu Arjun himself has expressed gratitude to the government.
