Dec 08, Kathmandu- In line with its ongoing efforts to promote a safe and welcoming digital space for a vibrant and diverse community, Tiktok has launched its Safety Ambassador program in Nepal.

The program is designed to raise awareness of how users can address prevalent digital security challenges while expressing themselves freely and confidently online.

Through the #SaferTogether initiative, Tiktok is partnering with Nepal's most influential Tiktok creators, celebrities and leading opinion makers as safety ambassadors to deliver powerful messages about online safety, empowering users with the knowledge they need to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.

The ambassadors will help create awareness about the various in-app safety features available on Tiktok to ensure the well-being of the community. Tiktok’s Safety Ambassador program in Nepal will feature Oshin Sitaula, Parakram Rana, Sushant Pradhan, Manjita Manandhar, Rashtra Bimochan Timalsena, Shree Pandey, Priyanka Karki, Anish Tamang, Ishtu Karki, Bipin Sthapit, Sarika Neupane, Mahima Adhikari, Sabitra Bhandari, Rehan Shrestha, Ronishma Shrestha, and Deepak Sundas, among others.
