Dec 14, Kathmandu- The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University is organizing the 50th Golden Convocation Ceremony on the upcoming 13th of Paush.

Students who have completed their Bachelor's, Master's, MPhil and PhD degrees will participate in the ceremony. The university has stated that students participating in the convocation ceremony should enter the ceremony venue by 10:00 am wearing their gowns, scarves and caps and be seated in the designated places as per the seating arrangement.

According to Tribhuvan University, 14,307 students are being inducted in the ceremony this time. 17 different medals will also be distributed at the gold ceremony. 73,995 'grace list' students who passed from Ashadha 2080 BS to Ashadha 2081 BS are being inducted in the convocation ceremony. Certificates will be distributed to students from the certificate distribution counter located at the Nepali Army Headquarters on the north side of Dasharath Stadium. Students have been asked to contact the designated counter as per the SMS received.

In addition, to receive the certificate, the ceremony slip obtained while filling the online form will have to be brought. The university has stated that students who attended the convocation ceremony but were unable to receive their certificates on that day and those who applied to participate but were unable to attend can later receive their certificates from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Records and Certificates Division, Room No. 3, Balkhu.
