Fire In The Capital Of Philippines Killed Five

Dec 14, Kathmandu- Five people died in a residential fire in the capital of the Philippines on Saturday morning, according to the Philippine Fire Protection Bureau.

The fire, which started at 7:14 a.m. local time, destroyed a house in Navotas City in less than 40 minutes, killing five people, including a 41-year-old woman and four 17-year-old girls, the bureau said.

The wounded were taken to a local hospital. Firefighters are investigating the cause of the fire.
