CAN had announced that it would give a car to the best-performing Nepali player in the NPL. Accordingly, Dipendra won the car. In the league, Dipendra scored 227 runs in 9 matches and took 9 wickets in 7 innings.

He also performed well in the fielding. However, in the final, they lost by 5 wickets to Sudurpaschim Janakpur Bolts led by Dipendra.
