Dec 26, Kathmandu- The Nepali Congress has nominated 10 people as members of the party's Economic Policy and Planning Department. Today, Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba nominated 10 people as members.

The Economic Policy and Planning Department, headed by central member Prof. Dr. Govinda Raj Pokharel, was nominated as a member on Thursday, Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Paudel said.

The nominees are Prof. Binay Kusiat (Dhanusha), Prof. Dr. Rashmi Rajbhandari (Kathmandu), Dr. Sudan Oli (Rolpa), Dr. Isha Gharti (Lamjung), Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki (Okhaldhunga), Dr. Pratap Chhatkuli (Dhading), Dr. Rajendra Bir Chand (Kailali), Amar Bahadur Rokaya (Surkhet), Rajkumar Tripathi (R.K.) (Dhading), Hom Prasad Ghimire (Lalitpur).

They were nominated by President Deuba in accordance with Article 25 (9) of the Nepali Congress Statute, 2017 (as amended).
