Dec 28, Kathmandu- British Ambassador to Nepal Rob Fenn and his wife Julia Fenn celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary at the Janaki Temple in Janakpur.

Swastik chanting was also performed at the wedding anniversary of the ambassador couple, which was celebrated on Saturday morning at the Janaki Temple premises.

Ambassador Fenn and the couple wore Nepali clothes. The wedding anniversary was attended by the successor of Janaki Temple, Mahant Ram Roshan Das, Speaker of Madhesh Province Ram Chandra Mandal, and Mayor of Janakpurdham Sub-metropolitan City Manoj Shah. Ambassador Fenn and his wife said that they celebrated their wedding anniversary here as Janaki Temple is a symbol of love, faith, and trust.

The federal government has adopted a policy of making Janakpur a marriage destination. British Ambassador Fenn responded by saying that they celebrated their wedding anniversary at the Janaki Temple in Janakpur, following the same policy of the Nepal government.
